Welcome to the Health and Care Portsmouth Provider Portal

This is Portsmouth City Council's online portal for providers of Health & Care services for adults in Portsmouth.

The Portal:

Is a secure way for you to view the information Portsmouth City Council holds in relation to care we have commissioned from you on behalf of Portsmouth City residents.

Enables you to submit information to Portsmouth City Council about the actual care you have delivered (which might be different from the care commissioned).

Is a system for you to view all the payments we have made, and are planning to make, in relation to the services you provide.

Is a system which allows you to interact and communicate with the Health & Care Payment Team, Care Purchasing and the Contracts Team.

When you access the provider portal, any personal data you provide will be held on Portsmouth City Council's System (provided by ContrOCC and Microsoft) and will only be used for the purpose of managing payment for the care you provide.
